Training Certification

Canaan is no stranger to the recruitment process and immediately set to work revamping our client’s.

What used to be a 2 question assessment was quickly transformed into a four part assessment that includes written, outbound call, psychometric and critical thinking segments. Canaan used real-life, day-to-day scenarios in these assessments to evaluate how candidates would respond on the job.

Canaan even went one step further by introducing training certification for new hires. These training modules act as a safety net for recruits because if there were certain skills they did not have or were not polished enough, the training certification will take care of that.
