Having trouble keeping track of your employees at work?

Every team needs to be moving in the same direction, otherwise it will not go anywhere. Just imagine if every rower in a boat had a different destination in mind, they will be going in different directions and end up going nowhere.

This is why it is very important for managers to keep track of each team member on their team. Managers need to know the direction of their team members and make sure they are going the right way. Not doing so could result in inconsistent outputs and low productivity. Ultimately, this means poor services for the customers.

To prevent this from happening, there are a few solutions available, one of which Canaan has personal experience with.

The Challenge

We first encountered this issue through a client. They wanted to know how many days and active hours each worker on their team was putting in in order to ensure that they were providing services that exceeds their customers’ expectations.

However, our client did not know where to begin or what kind of tools they needed to do so. That is when they reached out to Canaan for a helping hand.

Canaan's Solution

Drawing from our expertise and accumulative years of experience, we gave more than just a helping hand to the client and built a time tracker from scratch!

This time tracker acts as a clock-in-clock-out system. Agents can now log in to the system when they start working, log out when they are done for the day and all that information will be recorded by the time tracker. The time tracker has an easy-to-use and straightforward interface that is convenient for agents.

Client Was Satisfied

The time tracker was such a game changer for our client. Although it was initially created with the intention to track agents’ output, it quickly proved to be useful in other aspects as well.

The tool ended up making things easier for the client’s team leaders as they can collect all the agent’s necessary information by accessing the tool at the end of the day. As opposed to their old method of using manual trackers, a method prone to mistakes and inaccuracies.

Not to mention, it also improved the workflow for the team leaders and saved them a lot of time as they no longer have to extract information manually.

In the end, our client was able to ensure their entire team was moving in the right direction and towards the business’ ultimate goal.
